I am very lucky to attend our organization's labor and social security department "2019 outstanding student international exchange program, university of Seoul, South Korea," short visit academic exchange programs, a week, from life to learn there are different from in the domestic experience and feelings, the exchange program, let I harvest quite abundant, felt the gap between China and developed countries of the economic development level, our contemporary young people should be more efforts to better contribute to their country. I also experienced different national culture, Korean food culture, Korean etiquette and people's quality, which broadened my horizon. At the same time, the visits to nursing homes and welfare centers provide many experiences on the development of China's pension industry, and also enable us to make good contributions to the motherland's pension industry. The wonderful lectures of Korean professors have improved their professional level, and they need to work harder to find their own shortcomings.
